at the beginning, it didn't sound like Mario, but then it sounded more mario-ish (would that be Shroom-ish?)
other than that, its a great song.

ah, brings back such good memories...
I've always been a metroid fan, and this is one of those song that I wish I could hear done in a band arangement... well, this is (or at least sounds like) a band version. well done!
but the review;
its a great song, and you did it justice, I hope to see more of this stuff
only critique is that it seems... I don't know how to phrase this.... slightly rushed... I mean it still sounds great, but It just feels that way, it gives off that "rush" kind of vibe...
Oh, and by the way, I'm sorry for all the spelling mistakes; its about 10:30 ish, I'm studying for an english final, and I'm overtired.

The opening actually made me think of a clock, with the background beat. I don't know whether it was intentional or not, but that is quite cool.
It makes me feel like I'm listening to the nutcracker actually, only with magic, and without the nutcracker. Its quite good, as I said before.

Amazing

This song is one of the few songs that I have ever heard that has a sort of power...
It makes me just stop what I am doing, look up, and just listen. I can't skip it, not that I want to, but it has me in some kind of trance... this is just... amazing.
but on to the "review" part of the review"
I can't really find anything wrong with it, although as said before, it is odd that the lyrics start half way through, but that's what hooked me onto it. Its not a problem, and they actually make sense at the middle.
